Naples, Florida and Fort Myers, Florida areas professional dog training and canine behavior counseling business “FINE-TUNED CANINES"
FINE-TUNED CANINES is very touched to have received some very special gifts from one of our wonderful Clients, whose daughter (we did not have the pleasure meeting, but were told that she's a fan :)) made 2 personalized dog bandanas: one for Shakti and one for Chopper with their names embroidered on each bandana.
Chopper and Shakti enjoyed posing in their brand new bandanas (or as we call them "FAN-danas" as they were given by Shakti's and Chopper's fan :)) and here are some photos from our recent photo shoot. Enjoy!
Thank you so much for a beautiful gift and for thinking of FINE-TUNED CANINES! It means a lot to us!

Eli, a Shiloh Shepherd male, is already enjoying staying at FINE-TUNED CANINES Board and Train camp in Southwest Florida
FINE-TUNED CANINES is thrilled to have another very special canine Board and Train camper and student, Eli, a Shiloh Shepherd male. From his "sweet home Alabama" Eli and his FANTASTIC, devoted and loving owners made the long trip here down to southwest Florida just for the purpose of providing Eli with canine education. It is truly an honor for us and we're excited about the new adventures that are about to begin!
In this photo, Eli is relaxing on a doggy bed that he has gotten used to in no time. This photo was taken about 30 minutes after Eli's owners left to go back home. As you can see, he's already quite relaxed and comfortable in his new environment. You go big pup! :)

Two Shiloh Shepherds enjoy socializing together at FINE-TUNED CANINES!
Eli (on the left) is doing a fabulous job and has already made a lot of friends here: both human and canine ones! Here he's enjoying a Florida sunset with sweet Lucy, a Shiloh Shepherd female and returning student who is taking advantage of our Board and Brush-up program. Eli (Shiloh Shepherd male dog on the very right), our Florida Board and Train canine student who came a long way to be able to train with us (from Alabama), our returning canine camper Lucy (a Shiloh Shepherd female on the very left and kissing Lexi's hand) and our very own personal dogs and training assistants Shakti (a Shiloh Shepherd female behind Lexi) and Chopper (English working cocker spaniel male) are sharing some social time together after one of the exercise routines during a day.
We are proud and thrilled to announce that a very special dog, Eli, a Shiloh Shepherd male, that made a long and tiring trip all the way from Alabama just to be able to work with FINE-TUNED CANINES, has completed our exclusive Board and Train Program with flying colors!
We want to congratulate Eli and his fabulous, loving and truly devoted owners for a job well done by all! Eli not only learned new skills, but also made some very good friends who already miss him :)
Go "Big E" - you are now truly a fine-tuned canine! Keep up the great work and stay fine-tuned! :)

We're celebrating CHOPPER's birthday today!! :) Chopper is 3 years old today (January 14, 2011). This little dog goes through life with so much joy and enthusiasm that you would think that every day is his birthday...He's a great teacher and shows us that everything in life is precious and that everything in life should be appreciated and not taken for granted.
Even though that physically he's not too big, he has a huge presence about him and quite a personality. If humans had Chopper's attitude, they would all be friends (as Chopper makes friends easily), they would not complain, they would laugh and giggle a lot and they would not be afraid of showing others that they love them and that they care for them. They'd be very loyal friends too. They would also enjoy each moment and live in the present. They would't be selfish, but they'd enjoy sharing (as Chopper often shares a bone with his "sister" Shakti), they'd know how to play, they'd know how to really listen, they'd know to always give 100% in whatever they do, they'd know the difference about when a situation requires them to be serious and when they can be goofy, they'd enjoy sharing various activities with their friends as if that was the best thing that they could dream of because they'd understand that it's not as much about activities, but about friendship, sharing and simply being with your friends...Chopper - a dog that believes he could fly! He loves all kinds of activities: retrieving, agility, tricks, obedience and he is a natural dancer :)
Choppie's (as we often call him) zest for life and positive attitude is a true inspiration. We feel very blessed that this little dog came to our lives and now is our great friend, companion, training assistant (and we often call him our stunt performing dog and master of distraction training) who helps other dogs to become fine-tuned, balanced and happy! Chopper is a true working dog with many acomplishments and he continues to develop his various talents...
Chopper feels very comfortable around his big "sister" Shakti who adores he little "brother"
